I'm pleased 2 noe we haf bonus tis year.. Hurray~!! Al thks 2 Union who had helped us 2 fight 4 it.. Initially there were alot of rumours spreadin ard tt there wun be any bonus due 2 economic crisis.. However gt 2 noe tis piece of great news.. Yeah.. Though de ratin is much more lower den previous yr, but we r contented coz beta den we get nth.. :)

*Wish time flies so i can get my bonus faster nxt mth* Hee.. I hope i fall under de "Outstandin" category, HaHa which i doubt so.. I'm contented if i could get at least "Good" / "Very Good".. Prayin hard enugh.. KeKe.. Wish mi luck :)

Performance Bonus's Ratin As Follows:

Outstanding - 3.5 mths (2008's Ratin: 5.25 mths)
Very Good - 2.75 mths (2008's Ratin: 4.5 mths)
Good - 2 mths (2008's Ratin: 3 mths)
Satisfactory - 1.2 mths (2008's Ratin: 2 mths)
Fair - 1 mth (2008's Ratin: 1.0 mth)
Poor - 0 mth (2008's Ratin: 0 mth)
